In particular, Axco sources had revealed that an actuary must be appointed by all health membership organisations (HMOs), life insurers and non-life insurers and Uganda was suffering from a lack of fully qualified actuaries.
Given the latest figures from the non-life sector showed a growth of almost 13%, it will be interesting to see what happens here next.
